Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience.

Delivery time and order time is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Actual availability may vary from this estimate. Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. 67 Home Furniture is not responsible for manufacturer delays or other causes beyond our control.

Shipping from Manufacturer Information:

Our industry and many others have longer than normal shipping times dependent on economic and supply chain influences - Please allow 1-16 weeks (call store for info on your items of interest) for your products to arrive at our warehouse. WE ALSO HAVE TONS OF ITEMS IN STOCK NOW OR AVAILABLE FOR QUICK DELIVERY. Arrival depends on manufacturer’s current inventory availability. As soon as your product arrives at our warehouse we will contact you to schedule a delivery/pickup date. If you have selected to pick up your order we will notify you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Person placing the order needs to be at least 18 years of age and will need to be present to sign for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns/exchanges must be approved by the store. It is our Policy that items must be returned within 3 days of delivery/pickup for a full refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable), re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED. No refunds after 10 days. Mattresses are 3 day return for mattress exchange or store credit, no returns after 3 days. Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged. Returns/exchanges must be approved by the store prior to return/exchange. Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued by check or card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process.

Accessories, Bedding, Mattresses (After opened). Lamps, and pictures are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable. Extended Warranties/protection plans are Non-Refundable. Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Delivery service does NOT include removal of current items. Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.

 

Product or Pricing Inaccuracies

While we take every precaution to insure all products and pricing are correct on our website, mistakes do occur. Should You find a mistake please contact us. Prices and the availability of products and our services are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, we will, from time to time, make pricing mistakes. We will endeavor to promptly correct any mistakes as we become aware of them. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and/or correct any error at any time, including after an order has been submitted and even in the event that Your method of payment has been charged. Any disputes related to pricing will be resolved at our sole and complete discretion.

Digital Gift Card Policy

Our digital gift cards are designed for ease and flexibility in your shopping experience.

  1. Usage: Digital gift cards can be used for purchases on our website only. They are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
  2. Redemption: To redeem a digital gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. The card’s value will be applied to your order total.
  3. Balance: The balance of the gift card can be checked anytime by contacting customer support.
  4. Expiration: Gift cards remain valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
  5. Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen digital gift cards. Treat them as cash.
  6. Refunds: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
  7. Regular priced items only, excludes clearance and markdowns.
  8. Cannot be combined with other offers.
